鐘罩閥工作原理

A：環(huán)鏈葫蘆型chain hoist

鐘罩閥主要由閥座、鐘罩、閥體、閥蓋、提升吊桿、提升架及吊桿潤(rùn)滑密封系統(tǒng)、環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆和爬梯系統(tǒng)組成。鐘罩與閥座為鑄鋼件，控制鐘罩與閥座的相對(duì)位置關(guān)系就能達(dá)到控制流體流量的目的。工作時(shí)，閥座是安裝在管道上不動(dòng)的。鐘罩經(jīng)吊桿，穿過(guò)潤(rùn)滑密封系統(tǒng)與環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆的吊鉤連接成一體。當(dāng)環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆得到動(dòng)作信號(hào)，開(kāi)啟鐘罩閥時(shí)，環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆拉起吊鉤，吊桿垂直上升，從而將鐘罩提升，這樣就使鐘罩與閥座產(chǎn)生了距離，鐘罩閥兩端的管路就連通了，實(shí)現(xiàn)煙氣的排放。反之，環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆吊鉤下降，鐘罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩端的煙氣截?cái)嗔恕?br />Bell valve is mainly composed of valve seat, bell, valve body, valve cover, lifting boom, poppet and derrick lubrication sealing system, chain electric hoist and the ladder system.
